A training plan will be devised bespoke to you, your sport, and your goals. Taking into account your body type, I will create a routine that gets results.

Improve Your Knowledge

I'll incorporate lost exercises that us old timers were doing in the 80's which are still highly effective today. If you're unsure on how to do an exercise in your training plan, send me an email or give me a call and I'll walk you through it.
